What the two models do.

T1 - Site screening scorecard

Evaluates up to ten sites against seven quantitative criteria, nine categorical criteria and six fatal flags covering site, power, connectivity, water, permitting and development conditions. The output is a ranked shortlist with explicit disqualification reasons.

T2 - Power & energy assessment

Builds 120 months of demand from deployment blocks and converts IT capacity into facility demand through PUE, auxiliary loads and seasonality. Up to five supply options are stacked in merit order.

Cost, water and emissions

Reports available capacity, dispatch, energy gaps, blended cost per MWh, equivalent cost per kW per month, water use and emissions for each scenario.
